The subject matter of this contract, concerns the seller and the buyer and is the determination of the rights and obligations of the parties in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 4077 on the protection of consumers and the principles and procedures implemented for distance contracts in relation to the sale and delivery of the product specified below and the sale price, which is requested electronically from the website.

Article 4: Public rights
1.4. The Buyer announces that he has read and informed the preliminary information about the basic features, sale price, payment method and delivery of the contracted product on the Website and gives the necessary confirmation in the electronic environment.
2.4. The product subject to the contract must be delivered to the buyer or person / institution at the address indicated in the preliminary information on the website according to the distance of the buyer's place of residence for each product provided that it does not exceed the legal three-day period.
3.4. If the product subject to the contract must be delivered to a person / organization other than the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible for not accepting the delivery of the person / organization to be delivered.
4.4. The seller is responsible for delivering the contracted product in a proper, complete and in accordance with the qualifications specified in the order and with any warranty documents and manuals.

5.4. For delivery of the product subject to the contract, the signed copy of this contract must be delivered to the seller and the price must be paid in the form of payment preferred by the buyer. If the price of the product is not paid or canceled for any reason in the bank records, the seller shall be deemed to be free from the obligation to deliver the product.
6.4 If the seller is unable to deliver the contracted product within the due time due to exceptional circumstances such as weather opposition or interruption of transportation, the seller shall notify the buyer. In this case, the buyer may use one of the rights to cancel the order, replace the contract product or postpone the delivery period until the ban clause is canceled. If the buyer cancels the order, the payment will be made in cash within 10 days.
7.4. Defective products sold with warranty certificate can be sent to the seller for necessary repair within the warranty conditions, in which case the seller will bear the shipping expenses.
Article 5: Right of Withdrawal
Buyer has the right to purchase within _ days of delivery of the contracted product to him or to the person / institution at the indicated address. In order to use the right of withdrawal, the seller must be notified by fax, e-mail or telephone during this period and the product must not be used within the scope of the provisions of Article 6. If this right is used, it is necessary to return the original copy of the goods delivery report stating that the product Delivered to the third person or buyer has been sent to the seller. Article 6: Right of withdrawal of unavailable products
Withdrawal cannot be used for non-returnable products, disposable products, repeatable programs and programs, and products that have rapidly deteriorated or exceeded the expiration date. The use of the right of withdrawal in the following products are subject to the condition that the product is not open, intact and unused.
