RETURN CONDITIONS

What are the return terms?

Below you can find the exact items you need to return your products.

Product returns are not accepted if any of these are missing.

1 - A detailed explanation note with your reason for return.

2 - If you return all of the products in the invoice, you must fill and sign the information in the return section in the lower section in both copies of the original invoice and return it to us together with the product.

or

If you return only a part of the products on the invoice, you must fill in and sign the information in the return section of the second part of the original invoice only and return it to us together with the product.

Otherwise your refund will not be completed.

3 - If the product (s) you want to return have been invoiced to your company, you must return it with your RETURN INVOICE to be issued by your company. RETURN INVOICE must be issued exactly with the invoice you received. Order returns issued on invoice institutions will not be processed unless the RETURN INVOICE is issued.

4 - Refunds must be made in full and undamaged with the original box or packaging and all documents and accessories that come with the product. Return of products that have lost their original box / packaging, which cannot be purchased by another customer, are not accepted. In this case, we ask that you do not stick the cargo label on the original box or taping with duct tape. Otherwise, no refund will be made.
5- Return process It must be stated that the product will be returned within 3 business days after the product is received. Otherwise the product will not be accepted ...

6- For products that are not liked, the return fee will not be covered by the company.

7- If the customers want to return their products in the orders placed in the free shipping campaign, the price of the free shipping cargo will be collected by the buyer.

If you are not a taxpayer, when returning the product you purchased;

* If you return all of the products in the invoice, you must fill in and return the information in the return section in the lower section in both copies of the original invoice and return it to us together with the product.

or

* If you return only a part of the products on the invoice, you must fill in and sign the return information in the lower part of the original invoice only after the second copy of the original invoice.

Otherwise your refund will not be completed.
